This is an impression that has real-world applications in the field. Some of our Sanis have real certifications as First responders, EMT or Paramedics.

Injuries do happen in the field, while they are usually of a mild nature there is a Sani there to address the more serious conditions when needed. Sanis are responsible to look after the health and hygiene of the Kompanie. Be mindful you must assemble and maintain a Grenadier impression prior to kitting out as a Sanitaeter.
